As the Founder of Telecommunications On Demand, Inc. and Chairman of its Board of Directors, Mr. Bornstein is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company. He authorizes and oversees all the company’s financial, operating, and sales and marketing activities. On a daily basis, his role is to develop new programs as well as recruit new call centers and service providers.

Jeff began his telecommunication career in March 1990 as a financial consultant fulfilling the corporate controller function for American Telephone Company; facilities based reseller with offices in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In early 1991, perceiving the profit potential that could be realized through the resale of discounted long-distance services, he and four other entrepreneurs founded Consumers Group Telephone, Inc. (CGT), a direct marketing arm of the Florida-based American Telephone Network, Inc. (ATN). As CGT’s Chief Executive Officer, Jeff acted as the company’s primary representative in business and financial representation to third parties; established contact to market AT&T Inter-exchange Carrier (IXC) services on a regional basis; and supervised the development of a staff of five employees and twenty-seven independent sales agents. Consumers Group Telephone, Inc. conducted business from its executive offices in Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania until October 1991. At that time, company principals agreed to a buy-out its parent company – ATN. Following transfer of ownership of its accounts, he accepted employment as a National Sales Manager with WATS International of Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Jeff remained in this capacity until negotiating an independent contractor agreement that provided compensation for the recruitment of marketing agents that met certain criteria specified by WATS International. Based on this agreement, Telecommunications On Demand, Inc. was founded in June 1994.

Jeff has a strong sales background and for fifteen years represented one of the world’s largest financial institutions. During this period, Mr. Bornstein ranked in the top one quarter of one percent of all sales agents within his industry. Mr. Bornstein is an accomplished writer and speaker, who has been published extensively in telecommunication industry trade journals and been a presenter at seminars, workshops and trade shows. He also developed a reputation for integrity and a desire to create a safer marketing environment for today’s telecommunications businesses. Mr. Bornstein attended Ohio Wesleyan University from 9/65-6/69, majoring in Economics.
