Susan began in the call center industry over 15 years ago as representative. She advanced her career into management at Hilton Reservations Worldwide where she held the titles of Operations Manager, Reservations Manager and Director of Call Center Operations before she joined TOD, Inc. She is attracted to the energy of the sales floor and enjoys training new representatives and analyzing the performance data to define areas of opportunity and success. She is very detail oriented and challenges her peers to think outside of the box.
Susan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and is also an advocate for animals and participates in local shelter fundraising events.
