Onboarding is a process that allows TOD to analyze the viability of a program and evaluate its potential for success. Once we determine that a program has merit, but also needs a “test run,” we then Incubate it in one of our two “test centers” in Clearwater or Orlando.

Projects are then kept in-house or outsourced to a TOD managed call center for production deployment.
