  • TOD Ohio ("NEO")

    With over 400 seats, TOD's two call centers are proficient in Customer Acquisition, Lead Generation, Polling & Surveying Verification, Quality Control, Customer Service, and Upselling/Downselling for several of TOD’s Joint Venture Service Providers.  They also functions as  “incubators” providing Inbound and Outbound Program/Product testing and training for our outsourced call centers  in the United States And abroad.
